Was served by Johaan today! He was so helpful, warm and hospitable and smiling all the time. Really made a difference after a hectic visa appointment. He even helped me get my student discount at the self checkout counter. :’)

It is situated 2min from Moorgate train station. I had Vegeterian Thai Stir Fry Crystal Udon Noodles. It was amazing. The picture is nothing as compared to its real taste. Quantity was enough if one wants to have a 'light meal'. Very yummy! Could enjoy every bit of it and didn't realise how it got finished so quickly. Also, everywhere in this food joint, various sauces/dressings etc are kept. The menu was terrific. Would go there many times to try all its dishes. It was not very expensive but normally priced.

This shop offers most of the items from the menu. Even though it gets busy at lunch time, the staff in the kitchen is very efficient! The staff available at the check out are also very helpful. It has happened that the items I wanted was not available. They went straight to the kitchen to verify, just waited a few minutes and they have it to me and with a huge smile. The staff is great! Overall the food is healthy and great staff.

A good spot for a quick lunch. It tends to get quite busy during the weekday lunch hour. They offer a wide range of options, and the sushi is quite tasty. The service is dependable, budget is ok, and usually fast. It's an excellent choice for a quick work lunch, but I wouldn't suggest it as a dining destination outside of the lunch rush. It's a fun and clean environment, featuring sushi, dragon rolls, and comforting hot noodle soup for the winter breaks (but the stuff didn’t offer it and I didn’t see it (just knew from my friends). Plus, there's plenty of teriyaki sauce available!

Went here in the evening (7pm), was pretty relaxed and chill. The person serving was really helpful, helped us with the kiosks and then also helped us finding siracha sauce.

Johann is a hard working and helpful man, he fretted me at the door and gave me nothing but a positive and helpful attitude. U should hire more people like him as he brightens the space with his effort and care for customer and service. He is the best worker I have very interacted with at itsu and other should strive to be more like him.

Service was really quick and staff were helpful when needing assistance. Perfect spot on a quick lunch break and delicious food. Juliana was so friendly and helped me with my food. Thank you!

Johann was warm and welcoming - saying hello as soon as I walked in, he got my chopsticks ready and even helped with filling up my water bottle - nothing was too much trouble and he made it a nice experience. The food was tasty and hot and much appreciated after a long day! Thank you.
